This article is based on observations from my capstone project and is shared as a learning reflection, not as a professional audit or formal evaluation of any company.
One of the larger wall-covering websites I reviewed during my research stood out immediately.
The first thing that stands out is the variety.
Visitors can browse wallpapers, wall panels, stone veneers, bamboo panels, textured coatings, and many other solutions.
This creates a strong impression that the business is a one-stop destination.
Trust Signals
From a trust perspective, the website performs well.
It has:
- A showroom
- Contact options
- Product catalogues
- Blog content
- Useful tools
The challenge is not credibility.
The challenge is focus.
Where The Journey Can Feel Difficult
For first-time homeowners, there are many options and pathways available.
A visitor may know they want a feature wall but may not know whether they need wallpaper, bamboo panels, stone veneer, or another material.
The biggest opportunity I see is helping visitors choose the right solution before presenting every available option.
